depends what you call north devon its a big place
when i lived in holsworty there used to be a place out of town called tredown landrovers
he was set up on an old farm and used to buy old landys for stripping for spares
just done google search yeah he still there

judging by the web site they have changed alot since i was last there must have been 15 years ago or more but its still run by tim and debs although the dog used to be white and called ice not the black it is now lol
