Normal running temperature??

Can anybody tell me the normal running temperature of the 1.8k engine, as in a rough temperature range

I have just got one of those elm327 bluetooth things, well waiting for it to be delivered and the torque pro android app so I can keep an eye on the temperature plus various other bits and bobs. when I put the engine back together that is
