Hi Carl,
Replace them with Bosch ones from Halfords. Mine were doing the same and I found exavtley the same type in Halfords for £20. (lot cheaper than LR)

Can't go wrong with Bosch, used them on all my cars, they are best I have found. Remember to keep them clean though and change them at least once a year
