Disco 2 Noise from underneath when cold

When cold my disco is doing a rather load noise which seems to be coming from underneath it, gearbox/transfercase/exhaust area. It goes away after a little while. Not sure if related but noticed that lately it is getting a lot harder to engage reverse.

My disco is a late model manual td5

I recorded the noise:

When was the last time that the gearbox and T-box oils were changed?
The manual gearbox on the Disco 2 can be a bit temperamental about its oil.

I think it was March

Have you greased the UJ's?

I can hear it even when i am stationary, and pressing releasing the clutch does not effect it, but it becomes more noticable if i rev the engine a bit

OK, have you tried removing the aux belt and checking the state of the pulleys and tensioner?
