No wipers, windows or heater?? any ideas please?

Hi all again. A month ago I had a thread of "bet you cant work this one out" I have a P reg RR diesel with the BMW engine. The problem was the wipers, windows stereo, sunroof and heater stoped working.

Most of the replies came back as the BECM unit was goosed. So I sent my BECM back to the guys in the know and they fixed it and said it was caused by my fuse box. So, I got the BECM back and then got a brand new fues box. 210 quid for the BECM and 143 for the fues box. I didnt try to start the car until the new fues box came and I had charged the battery (not while it was in the car) So the BECM was ok and the new fuse box and a fresh charged battery. Guess what? Still no wipers,windows stereo, sunroof and heater!! Exactly the same problem.

So to that note does anyone please have a clue what could be wrong? I am running out of ideas. I have pulled the pannels off around the steering coloum and both the pass and drivers kick pannels, pulled apart the big plug under the header tank but all looks ok. I am completly stuck!! If you do have any ideas, please send a text and I will phone you back. I am a soldier serving in Germany, so its no easy to find someone in the know out here. Fixing BECM's than ain't goosed sounds like easy money to me. The poor old BECM gets blamed for everything when often the fault lies elswhere.
The only way with this, assuming you have checked all relevant fuses and relays is electrical drawings in RAVE and a voltmeter. It's possible it's something as stupid as a common earth point but without ploughing through RAVE it's not possible to be certain.

fooked check fuse box,take out fuse box and see if it has burnt out anywhere.
 
Thanks for the replies, as it said the fuse box is brand new. At present the car looks like its been in a crash! I have most of the dash and center consel out and wires everywhere. There is no live feed to the stereo but thats the only one wire I know that should have power that doesnt. But thats obvious anyway. I am having a day off from the car as its doing my head in. I will try again tomorrow. I read a thread from RRveight who had the same problem but It doesnt give much away. It says a broken wire! Have you seen how many wires there are in there? Thanks for your help Mr Claw and to the rest of you. Its the carpet out tomorrow I think, see whats under there.
