No power to heaters

Stereo is run off a jump cable that runs from back of fuse box from heater fan fuse to radio fan. I lost my radio live during the summer but didn't think to check the ignition switch. We thought a cable had a break in it but every things very tight in the loom behind the fuse box so just took a live from the cigarette lighter. It was only a month or so later when we found the heater fan didn't work that the real problem was discovered.

Ok cheers ill give it another go weekend and if nothing happens then new fan be next to change as well as a good clean of the matrix etc
