Just wondering if anybody had experienced elec probs on series 3 ex mod 24v ffr ?, still trying to get my indicators/ horn to work, i think im going wiring blind now. Have got various wiring diags, seen various comments ,tried most, to no avail, ie 6 way switch is in the correct posistion, hazards do work, hella flasher unit looks new, had a look inside it all seems fine, is one of the metal relays behind the lighting switch also to do with indicators ?, There just seems to be no feed to the indicator stalk etc, no one said 24v would be easy !!!, anyone any ideas or can help, thanks.

does the main beam and flash work?,have you checked the loom
connection block on the bulkhead under the bonnet?checked all earths?,even if they seem good

Hi, yes main beam /dip does work, tell tale blue light lights up, however when you flash it doent allthough the h/lights flash. I only have the n/s wing on at moment, wouldnt have thought that would make any diffference ?. I have replaced the dash wiring loom, genuine part, however where it joins under the bonnet the one that was on had a red plastic block terminal connection, the new one was a rubber moulded type, so i cut and plugged onto the rubber one with bullet connectors. There seems to be two spare terminals on it, but no wires nearby. Thanks Chris.

nowt . nil, na na , bugger !!!

which response is for who?

around the top of the radiator there is a bunch of wires that go between the headlights, there is usually some connectors here and they tend to get really corroded and stop working. causing all sorts of strange behaviour with lights.
