I bought a 55 plate TD4 a few days before lockdown and it has been sitting in the car park at work ever since...
The battery wasn't great, so I've had it at home charging in the meantime.
Question is, are there likely to be any issues with it sitting without power for so long? So, the back window will drop etc. but I'm thinking more along the lines of alarm or immobiliser. (It's got a dimpled 'Land Rover' key and Lucas style two button fob).
I don't really want to be drawing a load of attention to myself with blaring alarms or an immobile car when I go to pick it up and bring it home, so some pre-warning or tips on what to expect would be great!

If it helps, I have had Freelander 1s on the ramp with no battery fitted for months whilst working on them, charge and refit the battery and the rear window drops by design to find the correct lowered position. Vehicle will start (assuming nothing else is broken!!) and no problems with alarm or locking should be encountered. What I usually do is lock the car, unlock just the drivers door to open the bonnet and take the battery out. You can then get in and out of the car and lock the drivers door mechanically using the key.
