Series 3 Nice restoration

A nephew of mine down under has spent the past few years restoring this little beaut. I don't know much about it, so no point in asking. All I know is he fitted a Holden engine, but petrol or diesel I couldn't say. I guess the colour scheme is supposed to make it easier to spot from the air if he gets stuck in the outback. Headlights look as though they have been seriously upgraded as well.
