Hi I'm on my 1st Land Rover and Landy Zone,my "whip" is a 2003 Disco 2 Td5 and so far it's been a wobbly,moist and slow experience but no without it's good bits
I'm a builder and am handy with cars too which by all accounts my be handy.
Glad to come aboard.

I don't see any reason to move it. Just some friendly advice to ask about tyres in Anything Goes is all that's needed

Standard wheels, midrange standard size tyres, AT if you are mostly on the road, but more knobbly if you drive off road a lot.
If you post a thread about it in the relevant section, there will be a pointless bunfight for a week.

And welcome to LZ.

I'm after getting rid of my Comet alloys and going to steel wheels open to suggestions,the tyres are pretty rubbish so I need good rubber too.
What steel wheels would fit my disco 2 thread pattern? ie older stuff like p38 or Rangy rover etc ?love the modulars.
