Hello and welcome
Hi all have just started to replace the height sensor on a disco 2 (nightmare) bolts corroded and the one on the radius arm has sheared so i decided to drill it out and now the drill broke inside the hole so at the moment i have a zip tie holding the sensor arm in place any ideas? i also noticed the bush on the front of the arm is perished is it worth getting a new arm or just remove and replace all the bushes?

You’ll have to drill it out and replace. Or drill new holes and bolt it on - same effort.
Start off with a small pilot bit and don’t press too hard let the drill do it’s thing. Let it cool now and again. Once you’re through move to a bigger bit. They’ll have to be quality bits.
