hi all,

New to forum, so hello, always been intrested in green laning, and now have dicided to give it a bash, i have owned two range rovers and couldnt bring myself to use them anywhere but the road so now bought an Mreg disco with the intent of having a go.
i live in nottingham, but spend weekends in sheffiled with the dog, so wondering weres good to go and how soon i need to start splashing out off road preping. And if so best road and off road combo set up as have to travel up m1 to get to peak district,

I'm still searching for one.!
But some on here would prob say carry out own service if your able, I haven't found one yet.. Laning? I'm currently keeping my eyes open for another trek mate so we could perhaps meet up this end? As I'm in Notts..

yeah mate that soungs good, i am relativly hand with engines so could servive myself i would just like someone to have a look at my drive train as there is a slight leak coming from the centre diff and would like sorting prior to off roading, low range works so assume its a seal

My level of mechanics aint that great to be honest mate, there are ample threads on the search facility on here though, or even posting for advice under the disco threads.? Im keeping my eyes open for the next local laning wkend so if i see owt ill keep u posted too, as Paul said (defender11069) earlier, prob best to put a bit of protection underside too. I havent but its a risk i know im taking,

Sickleholme Service Station are cracking with all things Landy...give them a ring on 01433 623356.

They've worked on mine and my mates landys and are really good and not expensive on the old wallet.
