newbie with a p38 1995 problem

hi all,
am needing to change my water pump on my RR 1995 2.5DT.HOW EASY IS THIS TO DO..is there any pitfall i need to know.whats the easiest way to do..thanks

Fan off, pul it out with the cowl, then you can get at the pump.
It would be more help if you described the problem that makes you think the pump is fecked.
If you buy a replacement, get one with the metal impeller not plastic and post in the P38 section, here is to say hello for newbies.
