Hi All,

I am the proud owner of a 2000 td5 110 crew cab.

I am happy with the outside for now but really want to update the dash etc to the latest version.

Is this common? Are there many options regarding dash bits and bobs?

I am also in need of rear door cards and wondered what options there are? I have sent rtx ones on eBay that apparently update the car?

Any interior shots from others and any tips on what folding seats fit? I have hear Subaru seats fit quite nicely?

I am not looking to spend £10's of thousands on the but it will be my daily driver and I am selling a vw touareg which is relatively modern and comfortable but I am no stranger to landys as I had an s1 disco untill a couple of months ago as a green lane/quay fun toy. Hope info the defender will be my daily driver, tow vehicle, van, family wagon.... I am asking a lot I know :)

So please show off what you have done with your dashes and seats for me :)

I will stick to eBay then, didn't know if you guys had a particular breaker that you might used etc that's all.

Hi,

I have a slightly older 90 that I'm wishing to upgrade the interior of (1988)

I have just been scouring eBay for bits for mine too,
Going to start off replacing the door cards & flooring etc then build up the courage to tackle the dash

From what I have seen, the newer Puma style dash doesn't fit, as it sticks out further into the vehicle and sits higher too as the puma's don't have the under windscreen flappy vents.
It can be done but not a simple transplant so I won't bother with it.

The dash's made by raptor etc are pretty good if you want an update. Door cards can be recovered if you are handy and proves cheaper then new ones.
For seats I have had the originals redone by Sams Trim and they incorporate heaters.
