Newbie TD5 Owner

Evening all, new to the forum and new to being a Defender owner (2003 TD5) looking to make it last as long as I do .

Has been done to a point but I will be looking to restore / modify along the way....I apologise in advance for the dumb questions!

Hoping for it to be the family bus + weekend experience capable (nothing too expedition like) when done.

First jobs are the unfortunate practicals like a slick shift and a new clutch spring kit so the wife can use it also, clutch is like a decent workout on a long drive!

Have dug about on the forum and all looks fairly doable to a patient amateur and will save me earache
