Newbie sighning in

Hi I've just bought my first land rover, it's a 1985 109 santana (sorry we cant all be perfect) it currently has a Nissan engine an box (patrol gr 3ltr)
chassis in good condition but lots of rust around windscreen.
I'm an ex pat living in the mountains of Catalunya (Spain) so it'll be used for
off road fun an transporting wood for the fire.
Latter on I'll be asking things like, brake mods so the thing actually stops

How do lad. Any snow down your way?

Only on the tops of the mountains,It's got to snow soon or this summer we'll have no water, I recon March is going to be a killer. The weather has a way of catching up
