Newbie needs help please......

Hi all......just signed up to see if your combined wisdom can help me.
I've got a R reg 300tdi with 145.000 miles on the clock.
It passed its mot last month needing only a sidelight bulb, so i was quite impressed......I have a bit of sideway movement on my steering wheel .....Also can i fit a set of p38 range rover seats into my disco and what mods if any are needed. Thanks in advance for any help.....

A little bit of side to side play is nothing to worry about really (the MOT man should have picked it up if it was excessive)

As for the seats .............. dunno? .......... you any good with a welder???

So has nobody tried the seat thing ....is it a big job or can it not be done...

Anything can be done if you want it enough, me boy bought bucket seats for ees fiesta, wifout the proper runners, sos I welded the fokers onto the fiesta yens. Dunt fink it wud pass the crash test dummy fing tho. But kept him happy and gave me peace.
