Newbie needs help! Freelander 1.8 of course

Hi all,

I've had a long time love of land rovers and took the plunge in April and purchased my first, a 1.8 freelander and am starting a collection already, I take delivery of a series III a week on Saturday as my project.

As the freelander is my daily drive, I'm trying to keep her in tip top condition, starting with the basics, an oil and filter change. However! Can anyone tell me how much 10w40 I'll have to shovel back down her neck?
