I am so glad to be back in the Landy world after a few years away. In a previous life as a single man I owned a 1985 90 and a 1995 300TDI Disco.
I have tried everything to persuade the wife that we "need" a Landy but to no avail, so in the end I just had to save up enough money and went out and bought one. So far the wife's solicitor's letter hasn't arrived !!!
So my current truck is a 1988 110CSW with a 200TDi conversion and a rather dodgy orange paint job (G4 challenge replica apparantly !!!) It was cheap and it had 12 months ticket and some road rent so I took a punt on it. It does need some work on the body but I can live with that as I would like to keep it as a long term project and to learn a bit about them. Which is why I have joined this forum.
I expect I will be asking lots of questions but I have my Haynes manual and when time allows I will be fidlding.
