Hi.
Just wanted to introduce myself.
I am based just outside Winchester in Hampshire.
I have been a Land Rover owner for over 10 years with various Discovery's. I've had D3/4/5's.
But finally managed to get my first Def 110 last autumn and loving it.
it was one previous owner and pretty standard. no carpets, just rubber mats on bare metal and mud terrain tyres. So pretty noisy. I changed the tyres almost immediately to BFG AT and noticed a big difference in road noise and handling.
I have since had full sound proof and carpets fitted ( which makes one heck of a difference) , installed a Direct 4x4 Expedition Roof Rack and Tuff Trek rear door organiser.
oh, and last weekend had the rear windows tinted to save my little one from sun burn.
we plan to use it for camping both UK and France once the borders re open.
The next mod I want to do is to add a Howling Moon 270Deg awning but struggling to see how to fit to my roof rack.
I am not mechanically minded which I know is a real problem with these machines but hey-ho
I am bound to ask some really dumb questions
