Newbie help - 90 roof's

Hi All

I'm looking to buy my first defender 90.

I've seen the one I want, and it's 200 miles but it's exactly what i'm after EXCEPT, it has windows in the side

I really want to change it into a van, with now windows, jsut panels. Is it possible to buy a roof with no windows, is it a case of just bolting it on?

I've looked on ebay, but they all have windows in, i was wondering if Paddocks or the like sell new roofs to bolt on?

you wouldn't need the whole roof, just the side panels.
van side panels are always available on flea-bay.

Just ask on here, Im sure someone would be only to happy to swap there plain van panels for ones with windows.
