Hi, I think I need lots of advice!
Need a bigger car always wanted a landy, really want a defender 110 v8 LPG, though they seem to be like rocking horse poo,
only have around 6K to play with, what would your advice be?

By a reasonable £5k 110, buy a nackered chassis/body V8 Discovery, swap engines ..

Or get the Disco first and get the engine running sweet, then get a 110 with what you have left ..

I suppose it depends on the mileage you'll be doing, they do seem as rare as hens teeth. I'd consider looking at Paul D's option

There's one for sale on Gumtree for 6k and you could do a lot of improvements for 8k including galvanised chassis n stuff
