Hey all,
I just picked myself up my first land rover. A 1993 200tdi.
It's pimped with terafirma 2" lift kit with dislocation cones. some hefty off road tyres 265wide.
Sump. Tank and diff guards. The near side front wing has a large dent and he two near side doors are completely wrong. Luckily it came with a few spares so that will be sorted when I get the time.
It's got a few issues, but it's got MOT until February and tax is end of July.
So it's given me a good base and time to prepare for the next MOT.
The first and main issue is that the steering damper is currently just attached to the steering bar. It has no bracket to attach the other end too... I can see on the chassis either side are what appear to be the brackets for a bar to go across but nothing there.
Does any body know what it's supposed to look like and are they easy enough to get hold of?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Ashley
