New to me freelander

I have just bought a 2004 TD4 hardback and it has a few things i am concerned about, firstly there is a huge amount of loose play before the clutch pedal has any pressure, is this normal on Freelander’s or is this a clutch on the way-out issue.

Secondly rear brakes have stuck on a couple of times after only a day or two.

Thirdly remote central locking not opening driver’s door via key fob works ok just on the key and locks fine with key fob.

The car has a three-month Warranty but am after advise on these issues as i am new to owning a Landover thanks.

3 months warranty !!Then take it back and tell them of the problems

Cheers problem is it's a long way to take it back so was just wondering if these are standard issues but you are probably right the clutch one is my main concern.
