New to disco ownership

Ive just gone and bought myself a disco 2 1999, td5.

I have owned a p38 and done a lot of work on that so its time to get my hands dirty once again!!

It's pretty straight and honest there's just a few bits to sort.

I've got tc, abs and descent lights on. I'm assuming a sensor and the front drivers side has black tape on the wire near the plug!!

If anyone has obd equipment in the Sheffield area who could confirm this for me I would be grateful.

I'm also after the plastics for either side of the boot, in grey if anyone has them for sale. I'm sure there will be more to come!!

Hey i'm going from a p38 to a disco 2 td5, I've got more than a few bits to sort before i can get it on the road but just notice the amount of steering lock on the disco dont seem as good as the p38.

Which trims do you need the bits where the rear seats go or wound be if its a 5 seater.

Yea that's em, sum fool tried putting the 7th seats in but it's on coils so shouldn't have em anyway!! Plus I would have lobbed em as I have no need for extra seat!!!

I'm not sure which I prefer yet Steve but I don't mind the d2 at all!!!

Oh and it's not the same noise as the v8 p38 which is a little odd but it's not sluggish so I can live with it!!

no one with the 3 amigos reset tool in the sheffield or surrounding are then???
