new style hub nut ?!!!***!!!

came to do the rear discs on my fender and found what appears to be the later hub nut, no lock nut needed, fine thought I, but where the hell's the torque figure for this type of nut, cos it aintin any of the workshop manuals I've got.
Anyone got any ideas?

Tighten it until it starts to bind and then back it off 1/4 turn.

Looks like stake nut

Remember to knock in the staking on the nut by where the flat bit on the stub axle is
