new shocks

Im about to fit some new shoks to my discovery (1997) 2,5 tdi I just bought a set of Bilstein strong ones and am waiting for them to turn up any tips on how to do the job quickly would be appreciated as Im more used to defenders(ex squadie) .Things are almost the same as far as i can tell but you never know!!
the oe shocks cant cope with the roads out here in Italy (we have alot of unmetaled roads) and have completely **** themselves!!!

same as defender rears to fit.

cheers Toyah Ive just had a look at the front end and it looks pretty straight forward aswell.
suppose Id best get on with it so I can go an get it dirty!!
