Mazda RX8 seats fit I believe, anything from Exmoor Trim.
To be honest you could probably get almost anything to fit providing you make up the right adaptor plate.

Seen the back seat from a range rover fitted up front before which looks pretty good. You'd have space for 3 when you needed it, or a middle armrest for when you don't. To access the battery compartment (is it still under the left front seat?) the 60/40 split is the right way round
