New RR l322 Owner with problems

Hi Everyone
Just bought my 1st ever range rover, but it has a few issues if anyone can help
its a 2003 4.4 vogue hse model with LPG conversion.
firstly the ride is set high as the standard 'air susp inactive' message and error 116 -reservior pressure static when filling.
next, it had a new battery on today but now the windows don't work
