New recon vcu temperature

Hi my replacement recon VCU ...... seems quite tight when running the car for around 20 miles I find the VCU is warm ..... is this normal. This is a replacement VCU the last one leaked.....but it ran cooler (before and after leak) and mpg was better... Freelander Spares replaced with no quibble....I am concerned ... have not done VCU test yet....

If the vcu is getting more than tepid warm then yiu tyres are mismatched, you need the sort the them out before you doing anything else.
