OK, figured out the hissing, Basically the wastegate actuator was seized closed, too much pressure in manifold and the noise was the blowoff working correctly .
So no, Ive only got the black smoke problem on hard acceleration. Any ideas? lol

Haha, good advise!
Even if I accelerate gently, say if im at 70 mpg, it still pumps out smoke. It seems to be in relation to how much fuel is being delivered.
