I am thinking of replacing both the radiator and intercooler, having had a good browse online I think I have settled on one from Bearmach, it is both the radiator and intercooler together in a new frame. As much as I would love an Alisport one I really can’t justify the cost at something like £800 for the both compared to £300 for the Bearmach ones.

However, I am wondering what else I should replace while I am at it. Anything easy to do while I am down there? The hoses will all be changed. Are there any bushes or rubber mounts on the radiator that need changing? I had a brief look at the workshop manual but I was either looking at the wrong page or it wasn’t overly clear.

Yes, there are bushes.

8 and 9 on this diagram. There was a strip of foam between my rad and intercooler to stop vibration between them I reckon. If yours are coming as a pair, set in a new frame, then the bushes etc may be included.
