Hello guys,

So my name is Cata Sandru and I am from Bucharest, Romania. I am the proud owner of a 2008 Disco3, 2.7TDV6, automatic. The car sat for almost 3 years. Before that, it was maintained at the LR dealer, which didn't do a great job.
So, so far what I did was replace the rear diff locker actuator motor, rear parking sensors, changed the rear parking brake shoes, and of course all the filters and liquids.

I kinda have no clue what I am doing, but I know that no one was born a mechanic and I am willing to get my hands dirty and invest time. As for now I found working on the Landy is more like mindfulness rather than work for me.

My goal is to create a fairly reliable overlander. Fitted a rooftop tent from direct4x4, currently building a decent roof rack to make room for more storage.

I have to already say thank you guys for the great work and info posted here and
@gstuart for guiding me to this thread.

Wish you a good one!
Cata
