New Owner coming up

Hi Everyone, After having my last car written off outside the house last week ive decided to go back to a 4x4 and this time its going to be a discovery, Pretty sure i want a 300tdi. It will need to do me for work and play, i am currently looking on the internet at disco's for sale but was wondering if anyone had any advice on what to look for, mileage, rust etc. Many thanks for any help in advance.

Do a search for specifics, as this question has been done to death But basically your looking for Body rust anywhere from the wing mirror line down.. internally and underneath.

boot floor, body mounts, inner wings, rear wheel arches, front headlamp boxes, battery tray, rear body cross member rear door posts. roof to body line.
