I have a 1990 Range Rover 4 litre. The tail gate stoped working yesturday
I managed to remove panels and open the thing manually.
The solenoid is ok. The button when pressed is supplying 12V but the voltage is being quenched by the load of the solenoid.
I have no service manual on the car. Most probably the service manual from a dealer would be of very limited use.
Does anybody know where I can get a schematic diagramme.
Speak to a dealer and all they talk about is the computer diagnostic testing
I wish there was a computer link available with software.
