Hi all,
Just got myself a Freelander, after getting rid of the MX5 and the bonneville.
Used to work at the company, testing around the Gaydon track, Eastnor and Bagshot.
After the MX5, which is a great car, I needed something to be able to see over a ford festa bonnet at a junction, and this thing was going at the right price.
Although I don't see the point of the green laneing stuff, to me it's just a matter of wheel diameter, it's not really a challenge, I do like proper off roading, which, as seeing some posts on the forums, they don't think a Freelander can do. :fencing:
I beg to differ.
Part of these things durability testing course was up and down the steepest hills that Eastnor had to offer.
Anyway, just enjoying mine for now :)

An MX5 and a gaylander!? ... Hope you've got a thick skin :behindsofa:
:welcome2:
From a fellow gaylanderer :D

When bmw took over we called em Das Frielander.
Btw, what's the 2 man made things that can be seen from orbit?

The Great wall of China, and Range Rover panel gaps!
