Hi , am new member living in SW France overlooking the Pyrenees . Have a '92 Land Rover 110 with all mod cons as originally supplied to UK Ambassador to Hungary via dealer in Germany.
My query is that tyres here are very expensive and have alloys fitted with 235/85R16 Kumho AT tyres. Recent argument with French farmers' combine necessitates replacement tyres which I shall order from UK . However in the interim can I run standard 7.50 R16 on standard rims on front and alloys with235R16 on back.
Any advice gratefully received.
