Nice motors the D2. is it a TD5? what year is yours?

A couple of things you might find interesting.

Download the RAVE workshop manual.
Make sure you have the EKA code.
Find or make a friend who access to the proper diagnostics for it. Nanocom / hawkeye / lynx/ testbook.

Yes its a TD5 manual in like a sort of gun metal grey type of colour on an 03 plate

i will try put some pics up bit ive got one of those chromebooks and i dont really know how to use it properly

thanks for the advice ive heard somebody mention the nanocom before what can you do with these that you cant do with a "normal" diagnostic machine.

Also what is an EKA code?

Have a read of this. The alarm attachment , it has info you may find useful. If you have all the paperwork then you may have the credit card sized security card. This will have the EKA on it as well.
