Hi everyone, hope everyone is having a good weekend! Finally got round to joining after a few years searching around the net hoping somebody has had the same knock or rattle than me. Not sure what I'm doing with these "threads" yet or whether I'm even in the right spot ha. I live up in cumbria, owner of a d2 td5 it's my second money pit had many problems with first so I thought I'd buy another one.. would like to think I have a bit more knowledge now. I'm currently having a problem with my a/c compressor.. pulley is rattling and there is only what I can describe as a churning noise coming from that area. As I dont use a/c and there is no Ace is just as simple as re routing a (no ace/no a/c) belt and bypass the compressor altogether or is there something else I need to do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. J
