Live in the south of Norway, born in Manchester area and the last 30 years been an upholsterer, restorer, boat canopy and interior mender plus many other odd jobs they cant do themselves.I guess being in Norway your a oilworker or fishing boats.. where in Norway do you live. I used to live on the invaded isles of Shetland on the north tip. We were closer to Bergen than Aberdeen.
Sorry I thought you meant seals on the back axle. The door seals, did they leak from new or does it come after a while? Because in time they could become deformed, hard or perhaps the door does not close as tightly because of wear on the catches. Could be a combination of those. If you read my intro you can see how I dealt with the problem.Hippo could tell you if you can get him to admit they are flawed.

In my intro I wrote about putting mastic on the door where the bendy part of the seal is and mastic on the rubber in the botton right hand corner after mending it then using silicone grease as a release agent. The mastic takes the form of whatever is pressed into it and fills any gaps. Here we use silicone to help prevent the doors freezing shut in the winter , it also helps the rubber to form itself to the shape of the door. I am surprised that Land Rover never did anything about that fault as it was so common. I also used an airgun to blow sediment out of the hollow molding and cleaned it thoroughly. All that seemed to help as almost no water had got in since October last year and we can get weeks of rain.
