New LOF clutch, new noise

hello everybody I recently had a new LOF powerspec clutch kit fitted, on my 05 Td5 along with a genuine flywheel from Lr including oils etc now a have a random rattle/humming (which is very faint) but disappears when the clutch is pressed in, any ideas what it could be? Very annoying as it cost more over 1k for everything in total, and not in a position to pay to have it taken apart all over again
