New defender integrated air compressor

Hi all, looking for some advice.
I ordered my new defender 90 with the pack which included the integrated Air compressor. When I picked up the car the compressor was still in its box in the boot. I was under the impression that "integrated" would mean it was fitted and wired into the vehicle. My dealer says not so. Surely this can't be right??

What does the compressor do ? (don't say compresses ...)

Are you talking about the 2020 onwards L663 Defender?

It says "permanently integrated into the loadspace" and looks like it should be installed and not loose.

I would get on the landrover uk and check with them, it does not sound right it not being fitted by the dealer, I have attached a video of one being fitted after market.

I don't think anyone is disagreeing with you. What you need are other owners, with the adventure pack, to difinitvly show/prove that you are correct by posting pictures or offering examples of thier installation.
