I have just bitten the bullet and purchached a New 90 Defender after trading in reliable td5 thought all problems with gearbox were fixed how ever after 1 day yes 1 day the transmission seal for 6 gear i think failed and gearbox oil flooded out 100 miles on clock is this a record for landrover????????????????? any suggestions they did give me a new discovery 4 top of range but doesnt make this any easier they have now had car for 1 week?
