Hello, I am a new member advised to join by a Discovery 3 owner. I have not yet got my Landrover but am looking for advice as to which model to buy. I like my mates Discovery 3 but am looking for your best advice. I want the vehicle to act as a van and a family car. I am a joiner and got fed up with vans. I do not want to spend too much say no more than 3500 because as I say it will be used as a van and my wife has her own car. But we will use it for longer trips and taking out extended family. Any help and advise would be gratefully received. Sorry for the length of this post.

for a half decent D3 ur looking at 7-9k , can pick them up a lot cheaper but can end up a serious money pit
