New boy in town... from Spain...

Hi, not having enough with Spanish LR forums, lets spend some more time in the original one...

What can I say? I own an Epson Green Defender 110 SW Td5 '03, and I love it. Few mods, good enough for me... actually, best 4x4xfar just right out of the box...

Live in Spain (East, Valencia), and although here we are getting lots of restrictions for off-road driving, still a paradise comparing to UK (as far as I know).

Now I have to go on reading lots of posts; but first, here you have my very first question: how many, and which one you will recommend, celebrations are going to be held to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the MYTH? Some friends of my LR club are planning to go, and we would like to choose the right one...

Hey one ten is there anything planned in Spain then?
I know i got a freelander but i do like to go and play a bit in it...
Are there any 60th events?
If so let me know if i got the time i wouldnt mind attending something.
I did put a thread on for all us expats in France and Spain thought it would be nice to try and get an annual meet.
I went to the goldwing owners meeting near us this year and it was fantastic..those guys are the biker version of landrover owners...when you talk to them there is no other mark in the bike world, and they were from allover europe including some of the Russian states.
Keep me informed.

There is a Club Land Rover Todo Terreno de España, Club Land-Rover Todo Terreno de España , where you can find the activities organized by club members. Anyhow, there are two major events: club meeting (May) and Iberian meeting (September, once in Spain, once in Portugal).

If you research information on Santanas (specially the old ones), there are real gurus on the forum... but you have to be patient, because it's in Spanish. If I can help, let me know it.

Tatooboo, regarding the Free, no problem: last month we held the 2nd Challenge in Siete Aguas (Valencia), and there were some brave Freelanders around (both new and old model); just watch the gallery:
