Hi all, just joined! My name is James, married, live in west sussex. Just given up full time work, immediate effect is from about 80 emails/day to 1 or 2. It's worth it just for that. Been in agriculture for over 40 years so had the pleasure of involvement in several land rovers, mine and others.
Had a defender (200), now a FL1 td4. Sold the defender to a good mate, who then had to spend a shedload on it, but he's still talking to me. Use the FL1 as a road car and off road 8 or 9 times a year to tow a trailer loaded with clay breaking stuff onto a farm. Takes about 2 hours on a Saturday morning before the local opens.
Have a question to ask about a low rev power issue on the FL1, but will make another post for that.
