Needed Diagnostics in Northamptonshire

Hello people can any on recommend anyone to do a diagnostic on my 96 300tdi auto in the South Northants area pref mobile Thanks Guys

Ok so no replys. Can anyone recommend a diagnostic tool that i can buy that will read my 96 disco 300tdi auto only really want to spend upto £60

Already posted the problems Fanatic but got no replys. i will have another go 1996 300tdi auto. When i used to turn key in the ignition i would get a buzzing sound coming from my injector pump (or the small black box on the pump) as long as i get this the Disco runs great but sometimes and getting more frequent it doesn't buzz and then Disco will not rev and i get clouds of smoke out of the exhaust engine light sometimes comes on the the buzz on the pump comes back and all is fine. i wanted the dianostics tester to see if it revealed anything.

elm scanner or similar should read basic trouble codes-ask gav briggs he has one
