I need some help identifying proper paths for hoses attached to a Weber 32/34 DMTL carburetor...I'm trying to chase down some air leaks and performance issues, and want to be sure things are attached right. Below is the parts diagram, but the hose nipples (highlighted in red, facing front of vehicle) are not identified anywhere in the manual.

Currently, the one one the lower left is attached to the tee connecting the the rocker cover breather and the carburetor intake. The one to the upper right is a mystery - the end of it was just closed shut with silicone by previous mechanics. Can any of you give me a name for either location?

Here's the hose side of things. Currently, hose #12 in the first image connects to the carb at the lower left nipple. #8 connects directly to the elbow (image 2). But what is the "carb vent" pipe in image 2? It's a different part number than the connector from the tee, but it appears to connect in the same place.

I would really appreciate any help you all can give...I've scoured the internet and am coming up totally empty!

After a bit of googling - some of them have an EGR port, which is blanked off if not used. I would imagine that the model specifically for the land rover either wouldn't have the port, or would have a blanking cap on it. There are quite a few threads relative on the series forums.
