Need help disco starting problem

yes theres plenty of antifreeze in it made sure of that before it was parked up, i was thinkin the same that something had siezed but iv turned it over with a socket and ratchet and everything is fine turns over ok.
 
Quick update SHE'S ALIVEEE!!! Turns out the alternator was seized, strange really because it turned over by hand fine ( must be stronger than I thought lol) made the mrs try turn it over today while I had a look around and noticed the alto wasn't turning whipped the aux belt off and boom turned over and started fine, thanks for all the help guys much appreciated
