Just an update before I end the thread. Sadly, defenderbits are not returning my 2 calls ( answer machine only ) and not replying to my emails !! Are they going bust ? Anyway...will no doubt be cancelling if nothing heard in a day or so ( hey, it is only a £200 order 
) and I definatly won't be using them again other than a last resort ( nor recommending them )
